Changes

OK I'm playing and made some changes. I'm going to try and figure out how to customize the blog and put my own header up there with some pictures but haven't figured it out.

Scooter

Kaitlyn got an electric scooter from MeMe for Christmas and she loves riding it. So I got out and took a couple pictures today. After riding her scooter she decided to try her skateboard again.


Haven't edited any others.

Tonight seems to be a marathon of Playstation Soccer between her and her dad. Me I'm going to have a glass of wine and read a book.

Christmas

WOW hard to believe this year is almost over and Christmas is past. We had a great Christmas. Christmas eve John's family was here for the evening and it was a fun time with 40 people. Christmas day was nice, Kaitlyn woke up at 7am saying it was time to open presents. Then we went to Mike and Renee's did lunch then had a chance for us to go to the movies. We saw National Treasure 2. Nice movie prefered the first one but it was good family fun.

SICK and other stuff

There should be a law against getting sick with a cold at Christmas time. I've been fighting this for 2 days and so far I'm winning (I hope). Just a sore throat and ugh feeling.

Well shopping is done. Packages are almost all wrapped, stockings to be stuffed, now to get the house clean

I need to post pictures. I'll try and do that tomorrow.

2. How soon do you start shopping? Used to be before THanksgiving, now I'm lucky if it is the day after THanksgiving

4. Do you put up a Christmas tree? Yes actually at least 2.
5. If so, is it fake or real? Fake. I love real ones but they dry out too fast
6. Do you like tinsel? No.
7. Do you use homeade or storebought ornaments? Store bought but there are a few on there the kids have made.
8. Do you put Christmas lights outside your house? Yes.
9. Do you put lights on the tree? Definitely thankfully now both trees are pre-lit

Almost 30 yrs

old....haha in my dreams

Nope next June will be 30 yrs since I graduated from high school. I received an email letting me know they were planning a 30 yr reunion.

How'd that happen? How'd I get old enough to have graduated 30 yrs ago???

So I took a trip down memory lane looking at my yearbook from 1978. Reading the notes written all those years ago. Memories of those years in high school. Do I go to my reunion? Will there be anyone there I remember?

I haven't kept up with much of anyone from highschool. I moved away (though my parents still live there) not long after graduation and just never kept up.

I went to my 10th and had fun but 20 yrs later would I still have fun?

I have until August 2008 before the reunion but boy today it's hard to believe it's been that long.

Happy December

Can't believe it's December already. It's misty and going to be in the 70's today. Guess that's good since Kaitlyn has 3 soccer games today for the tournament we are playing in. If we win we move on and play on Sunday.

Waiting to play with my new 30d at the soccer games today. Worried I don't have enough memory cards since this camera is bigger and I know I will be taking more pictures. Might have to run someplace and pick up a new one since my 2gig from Staples hasn't gotten here yet.

I still have tons of Christmas shopping to do but I'm thinking it will have to wait until next weekend or one night during the week.

We've decorated for Christmas and I'll post pictures later today.

Off to finish my coffee and get ready to head out.
